'Skanda' is name of Lord Murugan, Subramanian....and 'Shasti' is the sixth day of Ayipashi month of Tamil Calendar.
I'm sharing a very simple and beautiful, dots kolam with Rangoli. I have used 7-2 dots and given a bright colours of blue and green colour...
