A sikkukolam with, 4×4, 2×2 dots to make Brahmamudi strings. This is also a Kaal Vatta Brahmamudi kolam.

Today is Aadi velli...an auspicious day for Devi Maa. A traditional Padikolam with wet rice flour/ maakolam. In the center it's a Brahmamudi kolam with 4×4 dots. This is also a Prathibimba Brahmamudi Kolam.

A 4×4 doted Sikkukolam which is a Brahmamudi (Prathibimba Brahmamudi Kolam). A mirror image/ Reflection fold symmetry.

Good afternoon 

An open air kolam with 9-3 dots...with a swastika pattern in the center. This is also a Kaal Vatta Brahmamudi. 

The dots in the quadrant loops with the joins the central axis so it is classified as Kaal Vatta Brahmamudi. These Brahmamudi and it's types were introduced to our Kolam Enthusiasts FB group  by Vinns Raj (she is the Admin and member of Kolam Enthusiasts).

This is a simple kolam which can be drawn at your vaasal/ open air.
