Peacock Dots Kolam
Peacock dots kolam is very easy and simple to draw Ona small place...I have used rice flour, with 11-4 dots (straight dots). 

Towards the upwards decreased to 9 dots then 7-3 dots, then 5-1 dot as I have shown in the below picture.




You can even, give some bright colours.

Simple Padi Kolam for Thai Velli
A very simple free hand Padi Kolam for Thei Velli.  'Thei' is the Tamil Month and 'Velli' is Friday. Freehand or Padi Kolam is drawn in front of the house to welcome Goddess Laxshmi for prosperity and wellbeing.

A very simple sikku kolam on a Full Moon Day. Just tried keeping in mind a Full Moon Day.

Dots with Diyas decorated, as if a small white moon in the centre.

Tricolour Dots Kolam / Rangoli

Tricolour Kolam
A very easy and simple dots kolam for Republic day. A beautiful tricolour kolam for this Republic Day....as we can draw, lotus, tricolour flags, peacock, swan, flowers etc on occasion for this day. Republic Day in India is celebrated on 26th January of every year, on this day written form of Indian Constitution was  submitted in the year 1950.
I'M sharing a 9-5 dots kolam, with tricolour's in it.

Rathasapthami Kolam

Radhasapthami Kolam
'Radhasapthami' is a Hindu festival, which is celebrated on the Seventh day of 'Thai Maasam' of Tamil Calendar.

On this day 'Surya Bhagwan' or 'Sun God' turns his chariot with seven horses towards north hemisphere or north east direction.
I am sharing a dots kolam, which is called as 'Ther Kolam'.
The dots and strokes are in pictures given below:
11-2 dots - from bottom (straight dots)


13-2 dots - increase the dots from below
17-2 dots - straight dots 
15-1 dots - Straight dots
3-5 - dots - to form the middle portion
19-1 - straight dots
17-1- straight dots
13- 3- straight dots
9-2 - straight dots
6-2 dots, 4-1, 3-1, 1-1, again 7 dots on the top.

Simple Nallu Moolai Kolam
A very simple and easy Freehand / Nallu Moolai Kolam for Thai Velli. 'Thai Velli' is Thai is Tamil Month and Velli is Friday... Four Thai Velli / Friday is very auspicious, in Tamil Nadu. We clean the 'Vasal' or Entrance of the house, put kolam with wet rice flour or dry rice flour, with borders in  Kaavi, which beautiful's the kolam. As 'Thai Velli' is auspicious, because goddess are worshipped for prosperity and well being.

I am sharing a very simple Nallu Moolai Kolam for this Thai Velli, as you can draw this Kolam, even on a small place.
